Weekly Weigh-In (#28) and Picture Day!!!

I had a good week and I even had some Nutella on graham crackers. (Mmmm. so good!)
I released 1.9 pounds and am now in my healthy weight range, at night and in the morning. Yay!!!

Beginning

50% of the way
80% of the way
Again!!! Again!!!

80% to Goal!!


So, I can see from where the unnecessary weight is going to come from and I'm starting to wrap my head around the exercise thing again. I took a 20 minute brisk walk last week and hope to get a few of these in this week as well.
