Weekly Weigh-In (#20)


I have half recovered from last week for the most part. I have lost 1.4 of the 3.5 pound gain so I'm back on track... heading the right direction.

This week: 163.0

I need to lose 2.1 pounds
(Had to fix that, the math wasn't adding up... typo or math error??? I'll never tell.)
to get back to where I was... So another good week and I'll be there.

I cooked up some chicken tenders last night so I have something quick to grab... but they go so fast around here, I only had two left and had to do another batch after everyone had their evening snack.

Today I'm going to hard boil a dozen eggs and that will help out with quick easy breakfasts.

Oh, yesterday I had a yummy smoothie! I have tried not to drink my calories as a matter of practice, but once in awhile it's ok, right?

1/3 cup egg whites (pasteurized)
1 cup Orange Pineapple Banana Juice
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries

I really liked it!

I'm doing a bit better with those fiber one bars, but they are very addictive... if you haven't tried them, stay far far away! ;)

Good week! I'm sure this coming week will put you back at your low. You were really dropping fast those last few weeks! It's probably good and healthy to settle back to the 1-2 pounds per week like you talked about before.

The smoothie sounds yummy. I've been tempted to make some myself but they only sound good at breakfast and I'm just not that ambitious first thing in the morning. LOL

I like the Fiber one bars but the natural consequences of eating them help me easily limit the intake to one per day when they're around the house. ;) The Strawberry Oat is my favorite.
