Weekly Weigh-In (#17)

Today: 165.4
That's down 3 pounds from last week! Wowza!

I am officially halfway to goal, so it seems like a good time for new pics.

I listened to an audiobook this last week. The End of Overeating, and it's got good information, but I can only recommend about 1/5 of the book. The rest was really dry. Study after study... about why we overeat. Finally after 5 hours of this, he got to the stuff I was interested in... what we can do about it. That part is good. As a summary I'll just say we're all on the right track. No new information, here. It's about choice and how to help condition yourself to make the good ones.

Halfway to goal is awesome!
I'm interested to hear how you feel about the changes you made a few weeks ago. The IUD/bottled water/calories vs. points changes.
Do you feel that any one change made more of a difference for you than another? Or do you think it was the combination?
You're doing so great!

I'm not sure about the IUD... kinda wanna see what my second period on it feels like, but maybe, it's hard to say. I seemed to ride the last one a bit better... as far as weight fluctuations.
The water has really helped to make it so my weight doesn't bounce around so hard from day to day, I think it made it so I'm not looking at water gains and losses.
The main thing I believe is that I'm restricting my calories hard (1000), I'm not touching beef or dairy at all right now, hardly any bread. Bread and dairy are real weaknesses for me. Not exactly the lifestyle approach...
I'm tiring easily during the day,though, so
I'll ease up a bit after the contest ends. I can make it till then,for sure, and hopefully I even make a little cash.
