Weekly Weigh-In (#16)

Last Week: 169.9
Today: 168.4
This Weeks Down: 1.5 pounds
Total Down since Feb 8: 25.4 pounds

This week I hit the 25 pound mark. I've had my eye on that target for awhile now and it feels so good to get there.
I haven't had a latte in weeks... strictly herb tea and not the red tea latte either. I miss it, some, but my plans for the future involves a small on a Saturday morning, and never to go back to a daily cup. I can handle that, coffee drinks are good, but it's not worth the trade off on the scale to do it everyday and I don't want to spend all my calorie cash / points for the week on a beverage. There are too many foods, yummy yummy foods out there and I don't want to miss out.
I've been tracking my food intake like my success depended on it.
Dennis is so involved lately and is doing really good on his Atkins plan and is being very supportive. He's lost just over 10 pounds this month and the inches are really showing. Go Babe!!!
Oh yeah we did inches... I had a suspicion that most of my inches lost came from my breasts, happily no, but they are a close second runner, lol.

Congrats on battling your coffee demon. I know how much you love it.
Can't wait to celebrate with you when you get to goal. So close!

Congrats on another great week! It's nice to have someone help and be there when you're exercising huh? I don't think I would be so excited about it if I didn't have Joey with me lol. Keep up the great work!
