Weekly Weigh In (#14)


Last Week: 175.4
Today: 171.6

I am down 3.8 pounds this week and have hit the goal of losing 10% of my initial weight!! I get all kinds of health benefits for reaching that goal, I will read about these later. Right now I'm celebrating. Exciting!! Let's all dance!! ;)

So... what ya do to get the chart is use the print screen function on your computer. There is a button on the keyboard. You might have to hit ctrl key of fn key at the same time. Nothing will happen. That's normal.

Once this is done, you have copied everything you see on your monitor.

Open your Paint program.

Select Paste from the Edit drop down menu. Now you should see everything that was on your screen earlier copied into the program.

Now just select the chart by dragging a box around it. Select Copy from the Edit drop down menu.

Select New from the File drop down menu. (Don't save it, it doesn't matter.)

Now the empty Paint program should show up. Select Paste from the Edit drop down menu.

Your chart just as you cropped it should be there. Now go to File, Save, and name it. It should save to your pictures as a jpeg, ready for you to upload.
