That Does Look Better!!! (Weekly Weigh-In #12)

Today: 177.1
Down 1.9 pounds this morning. Yay!!

Do I feel better? Yes, definitely, but it's not as noticeable a difference as when I was exercising regularly.

I feel accomplished, and I don't feel so tired after lunch, but not really healthier... I feel more in charge of me, more in control when it comes to what I put in my mouth. I feel like I have a choice.

I like that. I like it a lot.

I was noticing a little difference but...
The pics show a big difference!!
Are we friends enough that I can say that I'm happy to see that mine aren't the only boobs that were in a hurry to go? ROFLOL.
