Weekly Weigh In and Progress Update

Last Week: 185
Today: 183.2
This Weeks Down: 1.8 pounds
Total Down since Feb 8: 10.6 pounds

I am happy today. I finally am able to claim that 10 pound weight loss. So far I've lost 10.6 pounds. You can tell from the chart below that I've been ALMOST there for awhile now.

Yay!! I am stoked!!
I took some measurements at the end of February. Yesterday I checked my progress and that's coming along. I lost 2 inches around my naval, and a 1/2inch at my natural waist, I thought those would be the same. I lost 1 1/4 inches at my hips, and 2 inches on top. I am just this week actually feeling a difference in my clothes. Some of my pants are still tight, but not AS tight.
OK!! I did no exercise at all... I've been lazy. I lied when I said I would exercise, instead I stayed sucked into my computer. Bad. I will shoot to get my 500 minutes of exercise in April. That's going to take some focus! Oh! I did 67% of the 500 minutes I committed to do in March. That is 5% more than what I did in February. Let's see if I can get 70
% in April.
