Weekly Weigh In (#11)

Last Week: 182.6
Today: 179.0
This Weeks Down: 3.6 pounds
Total Down since Feb 8: 14.8 pounds

This week I am down 3.6 pounds. (Which puts me down 1 pound from two weeks ago.) A little hormonal blip, and I'm right on track with my weight.
Seems that my pattern is most weeks I lose 1/2 a pound and then I get a good week every now and then. Although I'm sure that that could change, for the better I mean. I'm better at this then I used to be. It's not quite so tough. I should probably get a little better results if I cut back a couple of points... back to the Asian Pear Tea in the morning... instead of the small or medium skinny latte, I've been having.
I've been off and on with my tracking of points. I think it is best to track everyday, but some days I feel like I'm guessing too much, and I wonder why even bother. But I know that if I track, I do better and I don't accidentally dip into weekly points.
I also have tried really hard not to make Dennis feel like HE's sacrificing all the time. So I try to stay flexible. He wanted nothing to do with a salad today. He said he would suffer through that on week days, lol. He declared Sunday a "meat day". He was kidding, but not, ya know?

I probably ought to get back to the exercising, but it sure doesn't seem to show on the scale. I'll give it another try again. April just wasn't an exercise month for me at all. I still think it's important, so I need to recommit.

The downward trend on your chart proves that you're doing something right.
Nearly 15 pounds is something to feel great about.
About the salads...I'm not much of a salad person either. I wouldn't be able to do this if I had to rely on eating salads. I just try to make sure we have lots of veggies with dinner. Seems to be working so far.
