Pineapple Tai Chicken

I started to make a recipe out of WW New Complete Cookbook and ended up changing it, partially because I didn't have all the ingredients and partially because I didn't like the way it tasted part way through...
The end result was really good.

Here's what I did:
Made Jasmine Rice.
Took chicken breasts and cut them up and let them marinade in the fridge for 40-50 minutes in a marinade of the following:
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce, 1 Tablespoon Worstechire, 2Garlic Cloves, 2 Tablespoons fresh grated Ginger, tablespoon of sesame oil, ... (next time all add some red pepper flakes here.)
Took the chicken out of the marinade and browned it in a tablespoon of olive oil, then added all the marinade.
After tasting I added a can of pineapple chunks, with the juice, and a few red pepper flakes, and about a tablespoon of Maggi Taste of Asia, Mild Sweet Chili Sauce, (Not enough red pepper flakes or sweet chili sauce, I like it hotter :) I fixed this on my own plate.) and let it reduce a bit.
Then served over the Jasmine Rice. This reminded me a bit of some Tai Pineapple Curry I had once, so when I had my leftovers I sprinkled a bit of Pumpkin Pie Spice over the Jasmine Rice.

I didn't have ANY curry (weird), but if I had, I would have thrown that in mine. Good!
Points served on 1 1/2 cups rice is 9 points. So good!
